What does "bi-directional" actually mean?
Mail flows mailbox → ERP (every reply lands on the right record) and ERP → mailbox (status changes, comments, and updates appear inside the email thread). One conversation, both surfaces, always in sync.
Which systems are supported on day one?
Native connectors for AVIOR.CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, and QuickBooks. Anything else, our generic REST/GraphQL bridge covers in a few hours.
Does Fusion store my emails?
Only what you tell it to. By default we store thread metadata and the parsed record links — not the message bodies. You can opt in to full archive on any tier.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. EU data residency on all paid plans, DPA signed before any data flows, and right-to-erasure executes in under 24 hours. SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA.
Can I self-host?
On Enterprise, yes. We ship a Helm chart and a single-binary option for air-gapped environments. Same connectors, your infrastructure.
How fast is the actual sync?
Median 800ms from inbox to ERP record. p99 under 3 seconds. No polling — every mailbox is held open over IMAP IDLE or Microsoft Graph change notifications.
